Looking for a venue to pass along some older gear so you can
make room (and some $$!) for newer stuff? Hoping to find
some gently used outdoor classics that just aren't available any more?
If so, then SUNTRAIL's Annual Gear Swap is the
event you've been waiting for!

Join us Saturday April 26, 2008
beginning at 9:00 a.m. for this year's Gear Swap. It's a
great opportunity to see what's on offer, find some real
bargains and also purchase some of the great new stuff that's
arriving at the store on a daily basis.
If you're buying all you need to do is show up. If you're
interested in selling any items of gear (and who doesn't have
something they'd like to sell?), here's what you need to know:
- Please bring large items (e.g. boats) to the store at
8:15 a.m. Saturday, the day of the sale.
- Smaller items are welcome to be dropped off beginning
the Monday before the sale.
- We will catalogue each item you have for sale, and
will give you a receipt for the items.
- You are responsible for setting the asking price for
each item, though staff may be able to assist you in determining
an appropriate amount.
- A consignment fee of 10% of the selling price will be
charged for each item sold (there is no charge to you for
unsold items).
- Please call us at 4:00 p.m. Saturday the day of the sale
to find out if your items have been sold.
- If your items sold for less than $200, we will have the
money ready for you to pick up by 5:00 p.m. Saturday the day
of the sale.
- If your items sold for more than $200, we will have the
money ready for you to pick up by the Wednesday following
the day of the sale.
- If your items did not get sold, please pick them up by
5:00 p.m. Saturday the day of the sale.
- Special arrangements must be made if gear is to be left
at SUNTRAIL after Saturday the day of the sale. SUNTRAIL
cannot be responsible for any items left behind on the premises
after the conclusion of the sale.
