We help by
phoning each participant family in early October and scheduling fit appointments
to check whether the gear will serve for another year. For maximum annual credit
we must have gear turned back in by October 31.

Families can
then apply credit earned toward larger sized gear. They may choose from the
individually priced used gear available or new
stock.
